In 2025, we look forward to providing play-by-play for 17 NTT INDYCAR Series® races and 2 NASCAR® races!
AFFILIATE REQUIREMENTS
For 2025, the IMS Radio Network requires stations to carry the Indianapolis 500®, The Brickyard 400® and at least five (5) additional NTT INDYCAR SERIES® races for no cost. If your station (or station market group) is unable to carry at least five (5) NTT INDYCAR SERIES races, you will be asked to pay a licensing fee of $750.00.
PROGRAMMING NOTES
Conflict on July 27th. The NTT INDYCAR Series race at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca is at the same time as the NASCAR Cup Series at IMS for the Brickyard 400. Stations who want to carry the INDYCAR race can “opt out” of carrying the Brickyard 400 without incurring a licensing fee provided the rest of the contract is fulfilled.
The NASCAR race will be fed via Westwood One Wegener and Audio1 XDS receivers.
The INDYCAR race at Laguna Seca will only be available via stream. This race will not be automated.
Indy 500 Daily trackside updates are back! For two weeks leading up to the Indy 500, we will provide you with a daily update to be aired in the morning prior to that day’s events. These will be :90 seconds and will be emailed to you in .mp3 format the evening before they air.
“The Greatest Day in Motorsports” is back to help your station kick off a full day of racing on Memorial Day weekend. This show will air on Sunday, May 25th at 10 am eastern and preview both the Indianapolis 500 and the Coca-Cola 600.
TICKET REQUESTS
To guarantee on-time delivery, ticket requests must be made when completing your contract and received by April 1, 2025. Your station must carry the event for which you are requesting tickets.

ATTENTION NASCAR AFFILIATES
Permission to air a broadcast from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway requires a contract with the IMS Radio Network. Your MRN or PRN contract does NOT grant you permission to broadcast the Xfinity or Cup races from IMS. A station broadcasting or rebroadcasting an event from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway without a contract with the IMS Radio Network could result in a licensing fee of up to $5,000.00.
